Google buys Motorola Mobility

Wireless News(The Wall Street Journal) Google will pay $40 a share to buy Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion and gives the Android software owner its own cellphone company as well as numerous patents. The purchase also gives Google access to Motorola's video solutions business, which according to Business Insider may give Google TV a boost.
